We are very excited about this home!  Everything from it’s prized location on one of our own available lots in Avon Lake to the beautiful space plan and elevation make it a home you won’t want to miss.   Using an existing residential plan that they brought to us, we worked with the home owners to help them design a home that felt comfortable to them but also allowed them to downsize and plan for a more maintenance free lifestyle than their current residence.  We are currently managing the build out of their soon to be new home.
